Refund Policy
We provide professional creative services (branding, web, graphics, illustration and consulting). This policy explains when refunds may be available, timelines and how to request one.
1) General principles
- Services are customized to your needs; as such, refunds are limited and assessed case by case.
- We aim to resolve issues via revisions and scope adjustments before considering refunds.
2) Deposits and discovery
Project kick-off typically requires a deposit to secure time and begin discovery.
- Deposits become non‑refundable once discovery or research has started, as time and resources are committed immediately.
3) Fixed‑fee projects
- If you cancel before delivery of first draft: we retain the deposit and refund any balance paid for undelivered work, minus time already spent.
- After delivery of first draft or concepts: refunds are generally unavailable; we will provide revisions per the agreed scope.
4) Retainers and ongoing services
Retainers are billed monthly in advance and secure capacity.
- Cancellation is effective next billing cycle when notice is given at least 14 days before renewal. Unused hours in the current period are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.
5) Digital deliverables
Design files, brand kits, illustrations and documents are non‑returnable once delivered. If files are defective or incomplete compared to scope, we will correct or replace them promptly.
6) Delays and cooperation
Your timely feedback and provision of materials are essential. Project delays caused by missing inputs may require timeline shifts. Lack of cooperation does not entitle you to a refund of completed work.
7) How to request a refund
Email info@desipro.biz with:
- Project name, invoice number and dates.
- Reason for the request and any supporting materials.
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 14 days.
8) Outcomes
- Remedy via revisions, rework or partial credit toward future work.
- Partial or full refund where applicable and agreed in writing.
9) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with documentation of scope, approvals and delivery.
10) Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including UK consumer law). Where mandatory rights apply, they prevail over conflicting terms.
11) Changes
We may update this Refund Policy over time. The version date below indicates the latest update.
